Paldo is a rewards service for purchases made in the Philippines. You need one account, a valid mobile number, and to be at least 18 years old to earn points or enter a draw.

Points have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for money.

A receipt earns points once. It must be legible, dated within 14 days, and issued by the merchant you bought from. We may ask to see the original.

Points are reversed if a payment is refunded, a receipt is duplicated, or a claim is found to be altered.

Entries cost points, never cash. Odds are published on each game screen before you play, and results are drawn by an independent random generator.

Prizes must be claimed within 30 days. Unclaimed prizes are returned to the pool.

You can close your account at any time. Unspent points and unclaimed prizes are forfeited on closure.
