Paldo is a rewards service for purchases made in the Philippines. You need one account, a valid mobile number, and to be at least 18 years old to earn points or enter a draw.

Points have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for money. We may change what points are worth in the rewards catalogue, and we may reverse points credited in error.

Paldo is not part of your payment. You pay the store however you normally would, in your own wallet or bank app, and Paldo is not in that transaction and cannot see it. We hold no funds, we initiate no payment, and we are not a party to your purchase.

Because of that, Paldo never confirms that you paid. What we check is narrower: whether the two documents you give us — your payment confirmation and the store’s receipt — agree with each other. A claim we confirm means consistent evidence, never verified payment.

If something goes wrong with a purchase, your counterparty is the store and your payment provider. Paldo cannot refund, reverse, or investigate a payment.

A receipt earns points once. It must be legible, dated within 14 days, and issued by the merchant you bought from. We may ask to see the original.

Points are reversed if a payment is refunded, a receipt is duplicated, or a claim is found to be altered. Submitting forged, edited, or reused evidence is grounds for reversing every point on the account and closing it.

Entries cost points, never cash. Odds are published on each game screen before you play, and results are drawn on our servers by a random generator, never on your device.

Some prizes are milestone prizes, shown on the Prize Ladder. They open for everyone at once when Paldo reaches the number of members shown beside them. You can land on a milestone prize before it opens — the game will tell you that you did — but a prize that has not opened yet awards nothing, and the play is spent. The odds shown for a milestone prize are the odds of landing on it, not of receiving it.

We may disqualify an account from winning, without notice, if we have reason to believe it is being used to collect points or prizes unfairly, for example through automated play or a points total its purchases do not explain. While an account is disqualified, its plays still cost points but cannot win a prize. Points it has already earned are not affected.

A prize you win is held for a review period, never longer than 30 days, before we hand it over, and your prize history shows when that period ends. If we find during it that the prize was won through automated play, or by an account that was disqualified, the prize is forfeited. A forfeited prize is not returned to the pool or awarded to anyone else.

A prize you win must be claimed within 30 days of us telling you it is yours. Unclaimed prizes are returned to the pool. That clock never starts on a prize that has not opened, because it is not yours to claim yet.

You can invite friends with your referral code. Both of you receive points when a friend enters your code, and you earn a further share as they make confirmed claims. The current figures are shown on the Refer and Earn screen and can change.

One code per person. A referral must be a real, separate person: we count each invited friend once, for life, by their email address. Codes entered by accounts created to farm the bonus earn nothing and put both accounts at risk of closure.

You can close your account at any time, from Settings, under Data & privacy. Unspent points and unclaimed prizes are forfeited on closure.

Closing an account does not release a one-time reward already paid to a mobile number or an email address. Opening a new account with the same details will not pay those again.
